 You must be a resident of Spectrum to apply for a field permit.
 The primary contact for the program will be the ‘responsible party’ and will be required to review, sign, and abide by all regulations outlined in the Common Area Use Agreement.

 All participants in the activity must abide by the common area use policy - any violation of these rules and regulations may result in the offending person being asked to leave the common areas.

 The Association requires all organized groups utilizing a common area for a sporting activity to obtain and submit a Certificate of Liability Insurance. A permit will not be issued until we receive this Certificate of Liability.

 Team members, coaches, parents, visitors, guests must not sit or gather near the homes that back up to the park. Our priority is to respect the home owner’s privacy and personal property.

 Teams must pick up all trash before leaving our field.

 There is absolutely no street parking in our community. All attendees must park in a nearby parking lot or on a public street.

 Restrooms are located next to the basketball courts at the Main Park. Please have participants use those restroom facilities, the code is 2 9 2 8.

 Spectrum Community Association reserves the right to revoke the user permit at any time if these rules and regulations are not followed.

 The Spectrum Community Association also has the right to cancel a practice should it conflict with a community event.
