Once your submittal has been processed, a parking variance permit will be prepared and available for pick up at the community center located at 2928 S Spectrum Way.  Parking Variance permits will be issued on the same business day if received before 4:30 p.m. (Monday through Friday).  

Requests received after 4:30 p.m. will not be issued or available for pick up until the next business day.  

*Please note that if you are a Villages resident (located on the East side of Val Vista), a parking variance permit must be displayed in the vehicle to avoid being stickered or towed.  Please ensure that your guests do not park on street without first obtaining a parking variance permit or they may be stickered or towed.
