William S. Lund, former son-in-law to Walt Disney had a vision to create a master planned community in Gilbert, Arizona that would be created out of a rich, rural culture to promote a carefree lifestyle for its residents. In 2003, Mr. Lund’s vision became a reality with the creation of the Spectrum at Val Vista; a top-rated master-planned community of 1,418 homes.  With miles of walking trails, acres of green space, tennis, basketball courts, playgrounds, and a 3,800 sq. ft. community center, the Spectrum at Val Vista is a place where all generations can grow together.

We take great pride in sharing The Spectrum Story, before Spectrum became the vibrant community that you now call home. Take a walk through time and enjoy this brief video of The Spectrum Story.

It’s all right here, our little neighborhood is still our neighborhood, then you go out and everything is right there.
