PARKING

Overnight street parking is prohibited within the community. Overnight street parking is defined as any vehicle parked on the street at any time between the hours of midnight (12:00 am) and 5:00 am without prior approval from the Association. If you have an unexpected guest overnight or after business hours, submit the request via the form to notify the office, and we will note the account accordingly to avoid a violation notice being sent.

Residents having overnight guests who intend to park on streets within the community must notify the community office and obtain a variance permit. Variance permits will be issued for guest parking only. Owners and occupants may not use variance permits for their own vehicles, and must park vehicles in the garage or in the drive way. If you have an unexpected guest overnight or after business hours, submit the request via the form to notify the office, and we will note the account accordingly to avoid a violation notice being sent.

Variance Permit Rules
  1. A permit may not exceed 2 weeks.
  2. No homeowner or tenant may be issued more than two variance permits at a time for a particular address.
  3. Total number of variance permit days issued shall not exceed 21 days within a 90 day period per address.
  4. The variance permit must be displayed in the vehicle and visible from the front windshield.
