The Spectrum Community Association is authorized to enforce the CC&R's and the Community Guidelines. The Association prefers to accomplish the task through the process of education and communication with homeowners, seeking the homeowners cooperation in the Association's mission to preserve, maintain and enhance the value and enjoyment of the community and its property.
